When Bayer's MiraLAX , the #1 Doctor Recommended product laxative, realized their site traffic was dominated by a downloadable coupon and stuck in the past, they asked us to redesign their web experience to reflect their customer’s needs more directly. We quickly found that consumers weren’t just looking for a discount, but seeking answers to their constipation, wanted to learn more about why and how constipation affected them, and ultimately choose the best option.

Working alongside some awesome female designers (a junior designer and associate creative director) I contributed as a visual designer providing solutions to refocus the brand’s site and craft a gentle and effective visual language

Defining a New Narrative

We prioritized harmony, natural openness, and personalization as design principles that needed to shine through on the new site. We led our work with the desire to let consumers "Take Back Control" asking them what they need and providing a quick solution through MiraLAX.

Personalized Experience

Our team reworked the UX to personalize the experience to the customer and create content that shifted the tone to be more candid and conversational. With updated visuals, structure, tone, and function on the site, we showed how MiraLAX puts the customer first and really is the best solution for their body.
